Wholesale vape inquiry checklist

A short preparation guide for distributors, regional wholesalers and sourcing managers who want a product discussion tied to a real destination and order scope.

Answer first

Before requesting a quote, prepare four required details: destination, estimated quantity, freight-forwarder status and business type. Add exact product names or categories when available.

Published and last reviewed: August 10, 2026 · Reviewed against the live KKFOG qualification form

The four required inquiry details

1. Destination

Identify the intended receiving country or region. The existing buyer pages provide starting points for U.S. inquiries and Middle East inquiries.

2. Estimated quantity

Select the range that reflects the planned volume purchase. The website publishes a wholesale minimum beginning at 1,000 units; a quote discussion should use the buyer’s actual expected range.

3. Freight-forwarder status

State whether the business already works with a freight forwarder or needs help identifying one. This is an inquiry field, not a promise of a route, delivery time or destination eligibility.

4. Business type

Identify the buyer as a vape shop, wholesaler, or a combined wholesale and retail operation so the request has commercial context.

Add product scope

Reference an exact product name when possible, or start with a published category such as disposable vapes, pod systems or the changing Special Offer catalogue.

A catalog entry is not confirmation of current inventory, documentation, commercial terms or destination suitability. Request current information for each exact SKU.

What a complete first message looks like

  • Destination or receiving market
  • Estimated order quantity or range
  • Whether a freight forwarder is already arranged
  • Buyer business type
  • Product name, category or Special Offer reference
